Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘O Romeo’ released in theaters on February 13 and performed average in the first three days. The Shahid Kapoor starrer received mixed response from audiences and critics.

According to Sachnilk data, the film opened with ₹9.01 crore on the first day and grossed ₹14.50 crore on the second day. However, earnings declined on the third day, and the film collected ₹11 crore on Sunday. This brings the total collection of ‘O Romeo’ to ₹34.51 crore in three days.

On the other hand, ‘Tu Ya Main’ failed to live up to expectations at the box office. This thriller, starring Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav, received a limited response from audiences. The film opened with a mere Rs 6 lakh on its first day, earned Rs 1.45 crore on the second day and managed to do business of only Rs 75 lakh on the third day, Sunday. The total earnings of the film in three days have been Rs 2.80 crore.

These figures are considered disappointing for ‘Tu Yaa Main’ directed by Bejoy Nambiar. Looking at the current trend, ‘O Romeo’ seems to be ahead in the weekend race, while the road ahead for ‘Tu Ya Main’ seems difficult.
